Create a wallet
- Go on the official wallet page from Qubic.org and click on “Create Vault”
- Use and save one of the randomized 55-Chars seed and “create address” from there
- Create a password for the encrypted backup (the Vault) and download
- Verify by uploading the encrypted backup file and input the password just created
- Done

- Note: as there are only non-popular exchanges available for now, we strongly recommend to withdraw the assets to your own wallet after buying (to the public ID from address created in previous step)

How to mine and compute on Qubic
- Download the most recent core release
- Add 4 public nodes from live network peers
- Compile the code with Visual Studio Community version
- Download new epoch files posted on Discord
- Copy the epoch files into root of USB stick
- Copy compiled efi-file as EFIBOOTBOOTX64.EFI into the same USB stick
- Boot PC from that USB stick and read error message about failure to initialize IP
- Go into BIOS and enable Network support
- Reboot
Setup notes
- Enabling Network support may be not enough, it may be required to add Network boot option after the USB boot one for UEFI to be initialized
- IP will not be shared with peers if running in private mode
- For low RAM usage, find the SPARSENESS and increase to 8x or 16x
